The Module is addressed to primary school teachers and has a total duration of 9 hours. In this module you will learn about the following topics: • Provision of theoretical guidelines and practical guidance for the development of Challenge-based WebQuest resources • Provision of theoretical guidelines and practical guidance for integrating interactive platforms into teaching process Presentation of the learning content and tasks Theoretical guidelines and practical guidance for the development of Challenge-based WebQuest resources What is “Rich Media?” Rich media is information that consists of any combination of text, images, audio, video, and animation. Also called “multimedia.” Why Rich Media? Rich media is everywhere, expected as a part of everyday experience in a connected world. Rich media can give the learner more control over the information received – a way to learn deeper by being able to stop, rewind, fast-forward, and replay content as many times as needed Barriers to create and access content are lower than ever Many people carry a high quality video camera – their smartphone. The Internet makes it easy to find, provide, use, and store media content.
